We do not see real estate intermediation as purely transactional. Before selling, buying, renting or investing, clients need to understand the asset, the objective and the alternatives.

Ribera Norte is formed by Ricardo González Martínez and Lucas Sáinz Lázaro.

Ricardo González Martínez

Co-founder · Commercial Director

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in English Philology from the University of Valladolid and a Master’s Degree in Education. His professional background combines extensive experience in sales departments and training teams, together with a strong ability to build trusted relationships with clients and partners. He has particular expertise in working with clients from English-speaking countries. His hands-on experience in renovation, spatial planning and the design of compact spaces also brings a practical perspective to improving homes and developing functional solutions, with equal attention to user experience and the final result.

Lucas Sáinz Lázaro

Co-founder · Director of Operations

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the UOC, with dual specialisation in Corporate Communication and Public Relations and Audiovisual Management. He also holds a Degree in Sound from CES School of Image and Sound. His additional professional training includes Real Estate Development from the University of Michigan, Business Cybersecurity from RED ARGOS, Technical Building Inspection from the Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Industriales de Madrid, and Real Estate Fundamentals from the Corporate Finance Institute. He has extensive experience in the residential property sector, covering property marketing and sales, transaction analysis, renovation coordination and homeowners’ association management.
